Model 106F is a sensor that can measure low viscosity liquids from a low flow rate of 15 mL/min to a large flow rate of up to 50 L/min. It employs a Belton-type micro turbine wheel (patented), allowing for long-term accurate measurements with excellent reproducibility. The design is adapted for ultra-clean applications, ensuring no particle generation. The connection uses flare fittings to prevent fluid from entering the threaded parts. An electrical connection is provided with a 1.8 m cable, and the power supply and output can be selected based on the application.

The FHK PURE series flow sensor is compact and capable of measuring the flow of all types of liquids. It can measure flow rates from 0.048 to 5 L/min in six different flow sizes. A magnet is installed at the tip of the internal rotor, which outputs an open collector signal in the form of a rectangular wave proportional to the flow rate. The material used is PVDF, which has excellent chemical resistance and has a proven track record as a flow sensor embedded in food machinery. The operating temperature range is also wide, from -10 to 100°C, allowing it to be used not only for pure water but also for highly corrosive fluids. The liquid flow sensor FHK/FH covers a measurement range from 30 cc/min to 5 L/min.

The FHK/FH flow sensor can accurately measure liquids in very small quantities, making it suitable for applications such as liquid formulation and mixing.
